T&Cs

PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING. Policies below include : Studio locations; Grip Socks; Pregnant Clients; Injuries; arrival time; cancellation policy; expiry dates; and waitlist.

Studio locations:

We have two studios. Reformer classes are in Donore Ave and all other classes are in Cork St. All class locations are listed in the class name and in your confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure you attend the correct studio for your class. If you realise you have attended the wrong studio, please make your way to the correct studio (they are less than a 10 minute walk from one another). It will be at the teacher’s discretion whether you can attend the class – depending on arrival time and stage of warm-up of the class. Missed classes due to you attending the wrong location are not refundable or transferrable.

Grip Socks:

You must wear grip socks for all Reformer classes. If you do not have a pair, you can purchase them at the studio before class starts. Our grip socks are €15.

Pregnancy:

Pregnant clients can only attend classes that are listed as prenatal or pregnancy-friendly. There is specific training and insurance for teaching people during pregnancy. This is a specialised service and thus only offered by a small number of our teachers.

Injuries:

If you have an acute or chronic injury, please contact us by email prior to attending a class so that we can signpost you to an appropriate session. Depending on injury severity, you may need to see a physiotherapist before attending the studio or book into a private session.

Lateness:

We endeavour to open the studios 15 minutes before classes start. If you arrive after class has started your spot may have been given to a waitlist student so please be prompt. Once the class has started, you will not be admitted and your class credit will be deducted from your account.

Cancellation Policy:

Please cancel your class if you are not going to be able to make it (how to cancel). If you do not show up for class and have not cancelled you will be charged a 5 euro “no show” fee, as well as forfeiting your class credit. We regularly have waitlists for classes and failure to cancel means someone on the waitlist doesn’t get the opportunity to attend class.

We operate a 16-hour cancellation policy for Cork St classes and a 24-hour cancellation policy for Reformer/Donore Ave, including for reasons of illness or injury. Workshops must be cancelled 1 week in advance. Courses must be cancelled 2 weeks in advance. Missed course sessions are non-transferrable. Teacher trainings are non-refundable once booked. Under extenuating circumstances and with two weeks notice, we will do our best to accommodate you on a subsequent course.

If you cancel before the outlined times, your credit will be reissued to your account. You cannot transfer a missed/late cancelled class to another session. Please don’t ask us to make exceptions, we are committed to running a sustainable studio in an expensive city amid rising costs and we work on a revenue share with our teachers so it affects their earnings too. Thank you for understanding the necessity of our policies, which are standard across the industry. You must cancel through the app or the Mindbody interface on the website. You cannot email the studio to cancel your spot.

Waitlist:

If you add yourself to the waitlist and a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class. Once you are added to the class, our usual cancellation policy applies (i.e. if it’s within 16(Cork St)/24(Donore Ave hours of the class you will forfeit your class credit if you cancel out of the class. If you are no longer able to attend a class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid losing a class credit. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time without penalty. You must do this through the app or the mindbody interface on the website (bookings page). You cannot email the studio to remove yourself from the waitlist.

Expiry Dates:

All memberships operate on a rolling monthly basis. Your credits expire on the date before your renewal. There are no extensions to credit expiry dates. Please ensure you have booked to use your credits within the allotted timeframe. Occasionally, we may need to cancel your a class if a teacher is travelling or ill. We have 30+ weekly classes, if your usual class isn’t on the schedule, please find another class to attend within your credit validity period.
